  5. Candidate Presentation - present qualified, interested and available candidates to client, client begins interviews.

  6. Decision - gather client and candidate feedback, perform background check, negotiate offer and candidate acceptance.

  7. Close of Search - confirm end of project, communicate with all other candidates, get client feedback on the search and schedule follow up calls with client and placed candidate.
