Hilterbrand Marble is a search firm with a focus on private equity, hedge funds and real estate.  We partner with our clients on retained and contingent searches, contract based staffing and organizational consulting.  We recruit for all levels of roles across functional areas.

Our firm was founded in 2001 by Heather Hilterbrand.  Heather has twenty-three years of experience partnering with clients to define and execute on their recruiting strategies.  She began in search in 1996, forming Hilterbrand Marble to meet the needs of her clients and candidates who were seeking an experienced recruiter who focused on building strong relationships and understood the critical issues of their searches.  Additionally, she worked as the VP of Operations for a proprietary trading firm where she was responsible for the formation of an SEC registered broker/dealer and all related compliance matters.

Each engagement starts with a detailed understanding of our clients' businesses, their products and services, their vision and strategic direction.  We work closely with both clients and candidates to understand and identify the objectives sought by each party.  We identify candidates using our deep professional network and systematic research.  We are familiar with the most talented and experienced individuals in the market and constantly search out exceptional leaders.
